We cap sessions at eight so every person gets hands-on feedback, accountability, and space to grow. Whether you're totally new or have some experience, this is where you level up fast.
These 50-minute sessions are designed to sharpen your skills, build serious conditioning, and keep you moving with purpose. It’s technical, it’s challenging, and yeah—it’s fun as hell.
We keep it playful, creative, and never boring, but always rooted in real boxing and kickboxing fundamentals. You’ll learn how to move, strike, and think like a fighter—without ever getting hit.
